The Paterson Urban Enterprise Zone is dedicated to drive economic growth, boost tourism and encourage local residents to support homegrown establishments. We focus heavily on revitalizing our Urban Enterprise Zone corridors for the well-being of our residents and business owners. We have implemented many initiatives to enhance the success and well-being of the City of Paterson such as: Clean Commercial Corridors, Public Safety, Solar Trash Can Receptacles, Improvement of Pocket Parks, and Restaurant Week. We have a lot more planned!
Select UEZ Businesses qualify to offer their customers a reduced sales tax of 3.3%. This is a great benefit to your customers!
